We are looking forward to a lovely year of learning with lots of ourdoor activities planned. We are very lucky to have such a large activity filled outdoor space we plan to make good use of it throughout the year. Hope you had a restful summer break and we’re looking forward to a fantastic year of learning!
Starting this year, all Reception children in England will be participating in a Reception Baseline Assessment (RBA). Miss Fursland will conduct these in a 1:1 setting. The RBA is a short, interactive and practical assessment of your child’s early literacy, communication, language and mathematics skills when they begin school, using materials that most children of your child’s age will be familiar with. It is statutory for all schools from September 2021. Please see the link below for further information.
